RIIP REPS offers schools, clubs, and leagues an opportunity to easily implement neuromuscular training programs aimed at reducing injuries and enhancing performance for teams and athletes aged 13 and above.

This app-based neuromuscular training program, delivered free of charge, focuses on developing athletes' strength, balance, and control during various movements such as acceleration, sudden stops, directional changes, jumps, and landings.

RIIP REPS is accessible at no cost for approved organizations and does not necessitate any specialized equipment. The expert-led 7-minute training sessions can be conveniently integrated into athletes' routines, either as a warm-up before practice or as part of their home regimen.
